Lee Braysher - Business Development Manager - Victoria

After moving over from his hometown of Hurst Green, England, Lee found his way to Xypex Australia where he has gone from strength to strength and heads up our team in Melbourne as our Business Development Manager for Victoria and Tasmania.

Lee describes himself as “approachable, honest and happy”, attributes which can be seen by his colleagues on a daily basis. Working with people and encouraging growth within his team is what drives Lee at work; celebrating the wins and learning from the losses together.
Outside of work, Lee enjoys spending time with his family, cooking meals and, hopefully one day again soon, travelling. He also loves a day on the greens as well following his favourite rugby teams.
